Preston Howard develops and curates art installation with Turner Prize 2004 nominees Langlands & Bell, commissioned by Eurostar to mark its 10th anniversary. The artwork, entitled Language of Places, comprised a vinyl decal applied to a Eurostar powercar engine depicting a dynamic grid of European rail and city acronyms. The event was broadcast on both BBC1 and ITV1, and across Europe.
